AviTalent are screening A320&A330 Captains for our client Capital Airlines at the Lufthhansa Aviation Training Center in Berlin between 24-27 October. We have multiple screening slots throughout the 4 days period and they are filling up quickly!
Capital Airlines (previously Deer Jet Airlines) has been in operation since 1995 and is part of the Hainan Group. It operates a large fleet of A320's and A330's for their European and Australian destinations. As of now, there are 5,000 employees, 260 routes, 82X airplanes, 13 millions annual passengers and 1.6 billions USD annual income in Capital Airlines.
The contract with Capital Airlines is officially the best A320 & A330 Captain contract on the market at the moment and offers an earning potential of up to $300,000 per year!!!
Contract is for 3 or 4 years and offers various different base options to include the beautiful Sanya and Haikou.
Roster patterns on offer include 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off and 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off!
Sign on Bonus: Captains that start less than 2 months of the CAAC check completion will recive USD15,000. Captains that start contract less than 3 months after CAAC Check completion will recive USD10,000.
Captains with Chinese licence who start contract less than 2 months of the CAAC check completion will receive USD20,000. Captains that start contract less than 3 months after CAAC check completion will receive USD15,000.
International Health Insurance is now provided as part of the package.
Minimum Requirements:
Total time: Minimum of 3,000 hours total time (A320), 4,000 total time (A330)
PIC time on type: Minimum of 500 hours Pilot in Command on (A320) or 1,000 PIC on (A330)
Last date of flight: Within the last 12 months
English language proficiency level: Minimum ICAO level 4.
